Arthur Silva

Arthur Silva has extensive experience in systems programming and management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Programmer at Golden State Water Company since July 1998, Arthur has successfully led projects that have significantly reduced costs and improved efficiency, including the implementation of an A/P Document Management System. Previously, at First Alliance Mortgage Company, Arthur expanded the telemarketing system to support a large user base and managed programming operations for tax compliance. Earlier experience includes running operations and programming for various systems at Pacific Investment Management Company. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from UC Irvine and has foundational education from El Camino College.
