Brad Powell

Brad Powell, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management and procurement, currently serving as a Manager at Golden State Water Company since January 2019, following a role as Senior Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at Knoxville Utilities Board, where Brad held the titles of Analyst 3/Lead Business Management Analyst in Key Accounts and Manager of the Procurement Department among others. Additionally, Brad served as the Director of Procurement and Logistical Services at California State University Channel Islands. Earlier in their career at PYA, P.C. as a Senior Tax Accountant, Brad built a solid foundation in taxation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accountancy with a concentration in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
