Charles Allen

Charles Allen has extensive experience in the water utility sector, currently serving as the Training & Compliance Supervisor at Golden State Water Company since October 2007. In this role, Charles develops training and safety strategies to support operational work groups and builds the CA DDW Certified Operator Program to ensure a qualified workforce. Prior experience includes serving as Human Capital Manager, focusing on corporate learning, talent management, and workforce planning. Charles also managed customer service operations at Suburban Water Systems, where restructuring efforts improved efficiency, and worked in sales at Western Water Works Supply Company.
