Paul J. Rowley

Paul J. Rowley is the Vice President of Water Operations at Golden State Water. Paul has over 30 years of experience in the water industry, having started their career as a Maintenance Manager at Santa Clarita Water Company in 1983. In 1995, they transferred to Castaic Lake Water Agency where they served as Maintenance/Operations Supervisor for 12 years. In 2007, they joined Golden State Water and has been with the company ever since. Paul has been instrumental in ensuring that Golden State Water provides high-quality water to its customers and has played a key role in the company's success.

Paul J. Rowley has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Production and Operations Management from California State University, Northridge. Paul also has a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.

Paul J. Rowley reports to Robert J. Sprowls, President & CEO. They are on a team with Eva G. Tang - Senior Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer, James C.
