Paul J. Rowley

Paul Rowley is currently the Sr. Vice President - Regulated Water Utility at Golden State Water Company. Before holding this position, Paul served as the Vice President - Water Operations, Director of Procurement Services, and District Manager within the same company. Prior to that, Paul worked at Castaic Lake Water Agency as a Maintenance/Operations Supervisor and at Santa Clarita Water Company as a Maintenance Manager. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Production and Operations Management and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.
