Toby Moore

Toby Moore is a seasoned professional in the field of geology and water resource management, currently serving as the Water Resource Manager and Chief Hydrogeologist at Golden State Water Company since 2003. Prior to this role, Toby was an Associate Geologist at Mission Geoscience, Inc. from 1996 to 2003. Toby holds a PhD in Geology and a BS in Biology, both obtained from UCLA.
