Katie Pape

Katie Pape has worked in various roles in the field of ABA therapy since 2016, focusing on operations, management, and human resources. Katie holds a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources Development from The University of Texas at Austin. Katie currently holds multiple positions at Golden Steps ABA, where Katie is involved in clinic operations and serves as the State Director and Clinic Manager. Prior to this, Katie was a Recruitment Staffing Coordinator at Proud Moments ABA and held roles as a Human Resources Coordinator and Executive Assistant at the Autism Center for Children.
