Kristen Magda is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and human resources. Currently serving as an Order Status Coordinator at Golden Technologies since August 2021, Kristen previously held the position of Customer Service and Support Manager at UltraComfort America from June 2018 to October 2021. Prior to that, Kristen was a Human Resources Manager at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. for 16 years, overseeing payroll and various HR functions until the store's closure. Kristen holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) in Social Sciences from Luzerne County Community College, completed between 1998 and 2001, and a high school diploma focused on college preparation from E.L. Meyers High School, earned in 1998.
