Prior to this role, Michelle held positions such as Senior Product Designer at Ticketmaster, contributing to B2B enterprise software, and at Gizmodo Media Group, where collaboration on tools for various media platforms took place. Additional experience includes consulting for start-ups in e-commerce and healthcare, and previous roles at LearnVest, Inc., and VCU Recreational Sports, alongside early internships with Fairfax County Public Schools. Michelle holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
