Steven Wilson

Steven Wilson is an experienced news reporter currently serving as the morning news announcer for three radio stations in Weyburn, a role held since February 2014. In addition to reporting, Steven covers sports and works as the play-by-play announcer for the Weyburn Red Wings and provides in-house announcing for the Weyburn Beavers. Previous positions include social media services manager at Prairie Media Watch, consumer inside sales consultant at Rogers Communications, and associate technical producer at Global Television. Steven began a career in media as a board operator and news announcer for Rawlco Radio after completing a diploma program in radio and television broadcasting at Conestoga College.
