Kathleen Boyle

Kathleen Boyle is an experienced professional in the field of health and social services, currently serving as Director, GBD, Special Programs at Elevance Health since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kathleen held positions at Wellpoint as Director of Justice and Allied Systems, and at Amerigroup as Director of Practice Integration and Director of Behavioral Health. Previous experience includes consulting for the New Perspectives Center for Counseling and serving as Business Analyst Director for Valant Medical Solutions. Kathleen has also held leadership positions at Valley Mental Health, Spokane County Community Services, and the State of Washington's Children's Administration, with a focus on program development, compliance, and crisis intervention. Educationally, Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University and a MA in Sociology from Gonzaga University.
