Charlie Hilton

Charlie Hilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, marketing, and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Golden since March 2020, Charlie previously held multiple positions at Plug and Play Tech Center from 2015 to March 2020, including Global Head of Marketing, Design & Software and Director of Marketing, contributing to the success of one of the world’s largest startup accelerators. Prior to that, Charlie founded and served as CEO of Urban Times from May 2010 to February 2015 and worked as a Content & Design Manager at NDP Studio from October 2013 to October 2014. An academic background includes degrees from UCL and University of Pennsylvania in areas related to urban planning and real estate.
