Dr. Darryl Mickler, DBA, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage at Golden Corral Corporation since October 2019. Prior roles include Vice President of Food and Beverage at the same company, Head of Food and Beverage R&D and Corporate Executive Chef at Live! Hospitality & Entertainment, and Senior Director of Global R&D at Hard Rock International. Dr. Mickler has also held positions at Aramark, Brinker International, Red Lobster, Walt Disney World, and Les Chefs de France. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, along with additional culinary education from the Culinary Institute of America and Pensacola State College.
