Vítor Hugo Pacheco

Vítor Hugo Pacheco possesses extensive experience in customer service and telemarketing management, currently serving as Head of Telemarketing at Goldenergy since July 2017, where responsibilities include managing telemarketing partners, analyzing KPIs, and overseeing the achievement of sales initiatives. Previously, Vítor held the position of Head of Customer Service at Goldenergy, implementing policies for high-quality service delivery.
