Fabian Gaus has had a notable career in the corporate world. Their professional experience began in 2000 when they interned at Ford Motor Company. Fabian then interned at aha Albert Haag in 2001 and ZF Friedrichshafen in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Project Manager and Team Lead at Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL der RWTH Aachen while also performing postgraduate studies for Prof. Günther Schuh at RWTH Aachen University. In 2010, they became the Head of Group Procurement Renewables at RWE and also worked as a Project Manager in Inhouse Consulting. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Chief Financial Officer for Innogy Renewables US and Georgia Biomass, LLC. In 2020, they joined LEIPA Group GmbH as Chief Sales Officer and, in 2023, they became the Chief Executive Officer at GoldenPeaks Capital.
Fabian Gaus has an education history that spans from 2000 to the present. Fabian obtained an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in 2002. Fabian then went on to obtain a Graduate degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in Industrial Production Technologies from the same university in 2006. In 2010, they earned a Dr.-Ing. (PH.D.) in Production Management from RWTH Aachen University. Currently, they are enrolled in the Advanced Management Program at Columbia Business School. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times from INSEAD in November 2020, and Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School in June 2020.
