Shawn Heine

Shawn Heine is currently working as a Coordinator in Real Estate & Leasing at Goldenrod Companies since October 2023. Prior to this, Shawn worked as a Partner at LOGIC Property Tax Appeal from August 2021 to August 2023, providing property tax appeal assistance in Nebraska, Nevada, and Texas. Before entering the real estate field, Shawn held positions in property tax management and tax associate roles at Union Pacific Railroad from August 2014 to August 2021. Shawn also has a background in law, finance, and business administration, with a JD from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a BS in Finance from Creighton University. Continuing education at Wichita State University has further enhanced Shawn's skills in management and development.
