Sabrina Hersi Issa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, social impact, and venture capital. Currently serving as a Race and Technology Fellow at Stanford University, Sabrina leads initiatives addressing the intersectional impacts of COVID on communities of color. As President of Be Bold Media since 2010, Sabrina guides a global strategy and innovation agency focused on empowering changemakers. Additionally, Sabrina contributes as an Opinion Writer for NBC News, focusing on technology, power, and human rights, and holds positions as an Investment Partner at Goldenrod Ventures and a Founding Member of ANGELS.vc. With a commitment to diversity in investment, Sabrina works as a VC-in-Residence with Pipeline Angels, promoting funding opportunities for underrepresented founders. Previous roles include Washington Director for Young Women Social Entrepreneurs and board member positions with Reproductive Freedom for All and the Project On Middle East Democracy. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy, Political Science, and Women's Studies from The Ohio State University.
