Dr. Ali Mosfer

Dr. Ali Mosfer has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Dr. Ali currently works as the General Counsel at Golden Scent since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Lecturer at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt a. Main starting in 2018. From 2017 to 2020, Dr. Mosfer served as an Attorney-at-Law at Hengeler Mueller. Dr. Ali also worked at DLA PIPER UK LLP, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, and German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority BaFin in various legal roles. Additionally, they have worked as a Lawyer and Faculty Research Scholar at Linklaters and University at Buffalo respectively. Dr. Mosfer started their career as a Research Assistant at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt a. Main in 2008 and worked there until 2012.

Dr. Ali Mosfer's education history begins in 2006 when they attended the Law School at the Goethe University Frankfurt. Dr. Ali completed their First State Examination/Diplom-Jurist (J.D.) in Law there in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued further studies at the same institution, obtaining a Dr. jur. (S.J.D.) in Law. In 2013 and 2014, they also attended the University at Buffalo, where they earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with Honors. Lastly, from 2015 to 2017, Dr. Mosfer attended the Frankfurt Higher Regional Court, where they completed their Second State Examination in Law.
