Zahra Alsalem

Zahra Alsalem, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with seven years in the field, currently serving as the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at GoldenScent since August 2022. Zahra's expertise encompasses HR department strategic planning, organizational development, governmental compliance, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, and HR operations. Prior to GoldenScent, Zahra held positions as HR Manager and HR Coordinator at Lincoln College from March 2018 to July 2022, and as Office Manager at AJAB Real Estate office from December 2015 to March 2018. Zahra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Purdue University Northwest, earned between 2010 and 2014.
