Ben Poster

Ben Poster has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Ben is currently working as a Managing Director - Senior Research Analyst at GoldenTree Asset Management. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Analyst at Lodbrok Capital LLP from 2019 to 2023. Ben also has experience at Bain Capital, where they held roles as an Associate from 2017 to 2019 and as an Analyst from 2015 to 2017. Ben began their career as a Tutor at the University of Oxford in 2014 and also worked as an Economics Teacher at The Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School for a short period in the same year. Additionally, they served as the President of Keble Ball in 2013 and held summer internships at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley in 2013 and 2012, respectively.

Ben Poster attended Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School from 2004 to 2011. Ben then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management at the University of Oxford from 2011 to 2014.
