Raymond Mesa

Raymond Mesa is an experienced professional in event operations and customer service within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Festival Operations at Eventim USA since October 2017, Raymond has held various roles including Associate Director of Client Service and Director of Festival Operations. Responsibilities include leading a team of Client Service Managers and managing operations for large-scale music festivals and venues. Additionally, Raymond is the Box Office Supervisor for Goldenvoice events such as Coachella and Stagecoach, where troubleshooting customer service issues is a key duty. Prior experience includes managing customer service operations at the UCLA Central Ticket Office and teaching math at La Joya Community High School. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from UCLA and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Arizona State University.
