Arnaldo Santander has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Arnaldo began their career in 2002 as a Research Assistant at the Universidad de Chile, Escuela de Ingeniería. Arnaldo then worked as a Project Assistant at CONIC BF- INGENIEROS CONSULTORES – Santiago, Chile from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Project Engineer at IRH INGENIERÍA LTDA and CYGSA CHILE S.A.

In 2006, Arnaldo joined JRI Ingeniería SA as a Project Engineer and Discipline Manager until 2010. During this time, they gained extensive experience in project management and team leadership.

Since 2010, Arnaldo has been working at Golder as a Hydraulic Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Hydrologist. In their current role as a Project Director, they specialize in mine water management and uses their expertise to oversee projects.
