Paul McDowell is a Senior GIS Analyst with extensive experience in managing geomatics tasks, publishing data, compiling GIS data, geodatabase design, mentoring and training staff, and conducting visual impact assessments. McDowell has worked with various commercial software for GIS analysis and visualization, as well as in fieldwork for soil and water sample collection. With a Certificate in GIS Application Specialist and a degree in Environmental Biology, McDowell has a strong background in environmental sciences and GIS technology.
