Phil Rouget

Senior Marine Biologist

Phil Rouget, MSc, RPBio, is a Senior Principal Marine Biologist at WSP Canada Inc. with over 20 years of experience in marine ecology and environmental impact assessment. They have specialized in evaluating industrial impacts on marine mammals and fish across various sectors, including ports, marine construction, and renewable energy. Previously, Phil served as a Senior Marine Biologist at Golder and as Director for the Coastal Wildlife Research Foundation, where they conducted marine mammal research in the Canadian Arctic and Antarctica. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Victoria and a Master of Science in Biology from the University of New Brunswick, and is currently pursuing further studies in Marine Biology at the University of Victoria.
