Jaime Grunden

Jaime Grunden is a seasoned marine scientist and biologist currently serving as a Senior Marine Scientist at Rincon Consultants, Inc. since April 2016. With a diverse background in marine biology, Jaime's previous roles include a Deckhand and Naturalist at Island Packers Co., Fisheries Biologist at UNITED WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, and Marine Scientist/Diving Safety Officer at Tierra Data Inc. Experience also encompasses work with the National Park Service as a Scientific Diver/Biological Technician and as a Fisheries Observer for Alaskan Observers, Inc. In the educational sector, Jaime served as a Scuba Diving Instructor and Marine Science Instructor at Catalina Island Marine Institute and worked as a Research Technician with California Sea Grant. An education from Humboldt State University culminated in a Bachelor's degree in Biology with an emphasis on Marine studies.
