Russell Michalak

Russell Michalak is a founding partner at Inclusive Knowledge Solutions, established in 2024, where the focus is on transforming academic environments into collaborative spaces through innovative library enhancements. Since 2011, Russell has served as the Director of Library and Archives at Goldey-Beacom College. Prior roles include Western Americana Manuscript Librarian at The Claremont Colleges Services from 2008 to 2010, and participation in a Librarian Fellowship at Duke University from 2005 to 2008, gaining experience in digital collections, electronic resources, and instruction. Russell began in the library field as a Librarian Intern and Library Assistant at the University of Utah, working from 1997 to 2005. Russell holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in History from Occidental College.
