Trevor Trongard started their work experience in 2003 as an Associate Engineer at Computer Sciences Corporation. Trevor worked there until 2004 when they joined Goldfarb Properties as the Director of Engineering. In this role, Trevor is responsible for managing the overall operation of various mechanical systems, including boiler/heating plants, split a/c systems, cooling towers, and chiller plants. Trevor has implemented preventative and corrective maintenance programs for these systems.

Trevor Trongard's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Hopkins High School, graduating with a diploma in 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Trevor obtained the NYC Qualified Combustion Tester certification from the New York City Department of Environmental Protection in October 2017. Trevor also obtained the EPA Refrigerant Certification from the EPA in May 2010 and the FDNY Q01 Operating Engineer License from the Fire Department City of New York in February 2019. These certifications highlight Trevor's commitment to expanding their knowledge and skills in their field.
