Mark Roszak

Mark Roszak is a legal professional with extensive experience in the fintech and blockchain sectors. Serving as Founder and Partner at 1121 Law PLLC since January 2020, Mark also holds the position of General Counsel at io.net and provides advisory services to multiple organizations, including Syndicate Protocol, Goldfinch, Jet Protocol, Tokr Labs, Ensuro, and MAJR. Prior experience includes work as Regulatory and Compliance Counsel at Atrium from 2018 to 2020 and as an Associate at K&L Gates from 2015 to 2017. Mark earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University.
