Executive Director Of Customer Experience at Golding Homes

Rachel McFarlane currently serves as the Executive Director of Customer Experience at Golding Homes since June 2023. Previously, Rachel held key roles at Paradigm Housing Group, including interim Executive Director Customer and Assistant Director of Customer and Neighbourhoods from April 2022 to June 2023, as well as Regional Director from September 2017 to March 2020, leading housing management operations across London, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. At settle, Rachel was the Director of Housing from March 2020 to May 2022. Earlier in a decade-long tenure at Hightown, Rachel advanced from Head of Care and Supported Housing - Hertfordshire to Care and Supported Housing Contracts Manager, overseeing diverse support services. Rachel began a career in housing management with a focus on customer service and support for vulnerable tenants as Housing Management Team Leader. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Historical Studies and Social Sciences from The University of Manchester (2003-2006).
