Bill Eng

Bill Eng is a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where Bill has been a key member of the Merchant Banking and Asset Management Division since 2004. Eng specializes in advising deal teams on the closing processes of private equity transactions, focusing on investment structuring, funds flow analysis, co-investor syndication, and facilitating exit strategies for Fund positions. Prior to this role, Eng served as an Analyst in the Financial Leadership Rotational Program at Avaya from 2001 to 2004. Eng holds a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and General Finance from Rutgers Business School.
