Donika Hani

Donika Hani is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Goldman Sachs since July 2022. Prior to this role, Donika worked as a People Experience & Operations Specialist at Unilever from May 2021 to June 2022, and held the position of HR Assistant Manager at Villa Gennaro Italian Restaurant for nearly a decade. Additionally, Donika gained academic experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations in early 2019 and began a career in recruitment as a Junior Recruiter at Rockwood Search in 2017. Donika Hani holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, both obtained from Rutgers University.
