Jayanta Chandra

Jayanta Chandra is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in database administration and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Cloud Engineering and Platform Solutions at Goldman Sachs since May 2011, Jayanta leads a team of 16 across two cities, overseeing core DBA technical assignments and innovating with automation and ML&AI solutions. Prior to this, Jayanta worked as a Senior Specialist Systems consultant at HCL Comnet Limited and as a Software Engineer specializing in Sybase DBA at Mahindra Satyam for Merrill Lynch. Jayanta holds a B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from ITME, obtained in 2006, alongside a Master's in Public Administration.
