Jinghong Xu

Jinghong (Carter) Xu is currently employed as a Quantitative Strategist - Associate at Goldman Sachs, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Quantitative Research Analyst at MIO Partners, Inc. from 2023 to 2025 and as a Quantitative Trading and Research Intern at Capula Investment Management LLP in the summer of 2022. Jinghong achieved a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business between 2021 and 2023, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from New York University from 2018 to 2021. Educational background also includes studies at UC San Diego from 2016 to 2018 and completion of secondary education at The High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China from 2013 to 2016.
