Justin Childress

Justin Childress is an incoming Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, having held a Summer Intern position at the firm in 2023. Justin has extensive leadership experience as Vice President, Treasurer, and Head of Recruitment for the African Diaspora Social Society, which aims to develop networking opportunities on campus. In addition to active roles with SEO and Management Leadership for Tomorrow, Justin served as Director of Communications at BlackGen Capital and participated in impactful programs such as the Future Traders Program at Morgan Stanley and McKinsey LAUNCH. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business, along with a minor in Applied Analytics from USC Viterbi School of Engineering, and previously studied at IE Business School.
