Incoming Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs

Justine Karp is an experienced professional currently serving as an Incoming Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs and as a Global Markets Analyst at UBS. Justine participated in the Goldman Sachs Possibilities Summit, designed to enhance networking and industry skills. As President of Gamma Iota Sigma, Justine leads an organization focused on risk management and insurance, while also fulfilling the role of Chief Financial Officer for the Community Honor Fund, providing financial counseling and low-interest loans to local residents. Additionally, Justine is the Philanthropy Chair for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity and Program Director for Madison House, overseeing a volunteer program offering tax preparation services. With a consulting position at SEED Consulting and fundraising experience with the Sunrise Association, Justine also interned with Angel City Football Club as a data analytics intern. Justine has participated in the Morgan Stanley Early Insights program and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce at the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, expected to graduate in May 2026.
