Karun Cariappa is an experienced professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Vice President for Benefits & Wellness at Goldman Sachs since July 2011. In addition to overseeing benefits, Karun holds roles as Vice President - HR Business Partner and Vice President - Employee Relations, bringing a comprehensive background in training and development from previous positions as an Analyst and Associate in Training & Development. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Karun worked at Firstsource Solutions and Ognara Consulting from July 2001 to July 2011, focusing on training and development initiatives.
