Kelly Turner

Kelly Turner is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate law and leadership roles within the legal community. Since January 2005, Kelly has served as Vice President & Senior Legal Director at Goldman Sachs, specializing in distressed loan acquisitions, real estate transactions, and corporate lending, with a focus on the United States and Latin America. Additionally, Kelly has held multiple leadership positions within the Association of Corporate Counsel - Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter, including President, demonstrating a commitment to the in-house attorney community. Previous experience includes positions at Haynes and Boone, LLP, and Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann L.L.C., focusing on finance and real estate law, respectively. Kelly holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Louisiana State University.
