Olena Kovalchuk

Olena Kovalchuk currently serves in the Climate Risk department at Goldman Sachs since September 2024. Previously, Olena worked at the European Central Bank from September 2022 to August 2024 as a Supervision Analyst, where responsibilities included oversight of a Global Systemically Important Bank, focusing on capital adequacy, solvency, and business model analysis. Prior to that role, Olena was a trainee in Banking Supervision at DG Systemic & International Banks. Olena began their career at Nextiva as a Junior Specialist in the Finance Department from July 2020 to August 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Economics and Finance from the Kyiv School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv.
