Rahul Dsouza

Rahul Dsouza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management and product development, currently serving as the Vice President/Executive Director and India Head of HCM Strategy - Product Experience at Goldman Sachs since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rahul held various leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, including Global Head of Product - Talent and HCM People Experience & Transformation, focusing on transformative projects aimed at enhancing digital experiences for talent management. With a foundational career at Accenture Strategy & Consulting as a Strategy Engagement Manager and Consultant, Rahul has expertise in program management and organizational restructuring initiatives. Earlier experience as an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer at RTX involved managing production for high-value components for the Airbus A380. Rahul holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from UPES.
