Reed Lipman

Reed Lipman currently serves as an Investment Banking Associate in the Real Estate Financing Group at Goldman Sachs since August 2024. Prior to this role, Reed worked as a Senior Analyst at Torchlight Investors from June 2021 to August 2024 and as a Real Estate Analyst at Stronghill Capital from July 2020 to June 2021, focusing on income-producing real estate. Reed gained initial experience as a Summer Analyst at Mack Real Estate Group in 2019, participating in a rotational program across Debt Investment and Equity/Development Teams. Additional internships include roles at Related Companies in construction management for Hudson Yards Development, The Longhorn Foundation providing administrative support for fundraising, and JMH Development assisting in property due diligence. Reed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, obtained in 2020.
