Samuel Green

Samuel Green has extensive experience in real estate investments, currently serving as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs since July 2025, where responsibilities include leading Australian and New Zealand real estate investments across private equity and private credit strategies. Prior to this role, Samuel held the position of Principal at Apollo Global Management Inc. from April 2021 to July 2025, focusing on similar investment strategies in the region. Additional notable positions include Board Member at MaxCap Group, contributing to investment and ESG committees, and Vice President roles at both Macquarie Group and Round Hill Capital. Samuel's career began as a Structural Engineer at Arup, and educational qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and dual Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Auckland.
