Taira Bhargava

Taira Bhargava is a driven and multifaceted professional currently serving as a 2024 Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Global Banking & Markets division. Taira is also a Data Science Research Assistant at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, focusing on market analysis for freelance platforms. As a Consulting Analyst with the Duke Impact Investing Group, Taira has collaborated with Tango Legal on optimizing search engine strategies. Taira contributes as an Associate Sports Photographer for Duke Chronicle and holds notable positions, including Board Member of the Indian Food Sharing Alliance and Youth Leader with The Global Education & Leadership Foundation, where Taira received the Youth Leader Award. Taira founded DoubleRoti, a social enterprise addressing hunger and malnutrition, and co-founded Project Dhārā to promote water conservation in Delhi. Taira has held several research fellowships, including at the Population Institute, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Global Health at Duke University while also engaging in leadership studies at Brown University and the University of Oxford.
