Angela is currently working at Goldmark Property Management as the Director of Talent and Engagement, responsible for building relationships with community partners and serving as a brand ambassador for the company's Thrive program. Prior to this, they worked at Sanford Health, where they held multiple roles including Human Resources Advisor, Sourcing Manager, Sourcing Supervisor, and Employment Specialist. At Sanford Health, they were involved in talent acquisition, strategic planning, and developing sourcing strategies. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Store Manager at White House Black Market, where they managed sales associates and provided team leadership. Angela also gained experience as a Sales Associate at EXPRESS and as a Student at Concordia College.
Angela Arneson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Concordia College, Moorhead MN from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Fertile-Beltrami High School from 1997 to 2010.
