Jim Echtenkamp

Jim Echtenkamp has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Jim first worked as a Principal at Goldmark Property Management from 1990. Jim then became an Advisor to Sterling Real Estate Investment Trust at Sterling Management Inc. in 2007, where they focused on acquiring investment real estate in the upper and lower Midwest. In 2014, they joined Gardner Financial Services/ Gardner Advisors as a Registered Representative, offering securities through Gardner Financial Services Inc. Finally, from 2003 to 2014, they were the Director at Private Bank Minnesota.

Jim Echtenkamp earned a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Drake University Law School from 1978 to 1981. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Accounting from the University of North Dakota between 1974 and 1978.
