Mike Hudson is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant with over 30 years of financial experience serving owner managed, and public companies in the resource, retail, manufacturing and property management sectors. While a partner at Grant Thornton LLP, Mr. Hudson served as an audit partner responsible for companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange. After leaving Grant Thornton LLP, Mr. Hudson was appointed to the role of independent director of a company in the resource sector listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
