Janet Sanchez

Janet Sanchez is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Regional Property Manager at GoldOller Real Estate Investments since June 2021, Janet has previously held positions as District Manager and Community Property Manager within the same organization. Prior to this role, Janet was a Property Manager at DRK and Company Realty from October 2020 to June 2021, contributing significantly to the Property Management Team. Earlier in Janet's career, a role as Property Manager at Nationwide Realty Investors involved managing over 1200 units and supporting lease-up efforts and resident retention. Janet holds a Real Estate License from Columbus State Community College, obtained in 2020, and has attended The University of Toledo.
