Rebecca Margolis

Rebecca Margolis is a seasoned instructional designer and fitness professional with extensive experience in e-learning and group fitness. Currently serving as a Senior E-Learning Instructional Designer at Kaiser Permanente since April 2024, Rebecca also instructs group fitness classes at Gold's Gym SoCal Group. Prior experience includes roles at Sirva as an Instructional Designer & Trainer, where responsibilities involved leading training for a global relocation management system, and as a Senior Global Assignment Consultant, mentoring new consultants and managing high-profile client assignments. Earlier roles include group fitness instruction at YMCA and training new hires at Bonefish Grill. Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Professional Language and Intercultural Studies from the University of Leeds, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies from American University, and additional education in coding from Coding Dojo.
