Susan Thornton

Susan Thornton is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for the City of Goldsboro, NC, since December 2021, Susan previously held roles including Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Analyst within the same city and at Johnston Community College, respectively. Responsibilities have included administering HR procedures, developing policies, analyzing employment data, and managing budgets.
