Joseph Gitto is an accomplished senior Finance, Sales and Operational Executive, Entrepreneur, Coach, Thought Leader, and Board Member with more than 25 years of success in various industries. Educated as an accountant, Joe’s career has spanned a variety of financial executive positions in both privately held and publicly traded companies. Joe has also started and exited 5 businesses, ranging from an outsourced CFO firm, internet retail, consulting, insurance and home health care businesses. Joe presently serves as an outsourced CFO for select clients as well as running his latest startup Blue Sky Exit Planning Services, LLC.

In 1999, Joe founded MCG & Associates with a view towards fractional CFO services, a model that is now well adopted and universally accepted. In that role Joe has worked with dozens of companies in a variety of industries and has been involved on venture capital raises, private equity investments, SPACs, PIPES and reverse mergers of a private entity into a public shell.
