John T. Ostrowski

John T. Ostrowski is a sales-oriented executive with over 20 years of experience successfully leasing retail properties in the northeast.

Formerly with Vornado Realty Trust, he brings both knowledge and perspective from the landlord/owners side. He provides advice and assistance in retail leasing strategies to shopping center owners and tenants. John has a proven ability in cultivating and maintaining strong tenant relationships. He is well-versed in lease and contract negotiations and the focused marketing of shopping center space to national, regional and local tenants. John specializes in the redevelopment and repositioning of centers including replacement of anchor and “big box” tenants and creating added value through outparcel leasing.

He has closed leases in excess of 2 million sf of retail space with such tenants as Walmart, Kohl’s, BJ’s, Home Depot, Lowes, Stop & Shop, Price Chopper, ShopRite, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Applebee’s and Taco Bell. He is licensed as a real estate broker in NY, CT, and NJ.
