Sanjay Singh has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Sanjay started their career as a Technical Support Analyst at Serco, where they were responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to clients and computer users. Sanjay then moved on to Rivalwatch.com as a Senior Data Analyst, where they developed data collection systems, analyzed complex data sets, and conducted website analysis and research. After that, they joined Crown It (GoldVIP) as a Senior Fraud Analyst, where they investigated fraudulent activities, monitored customer activities, and analyzed real-time transactions. Their most recent role was as a Business Analyst at SBI Card, where they provided analytical support to a business unit, interpreted and reported data using SQL and SAS software packages, and collected and mined data.

Sanjay Singh completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Punjab Technical University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the certification in Manual Testing from HTS solutions pvt.ltd in January 2015. Prior to their MCA degree, Sanjay earned a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) in October 2009.
